Florida MCO’s

We specialize in delivering in-home and community-based therapy rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Our services include functional behavior assessments, individualized program development, data collection, program implementation, and ongoing data analysis to support meaningful outcomes. For individuals under the age of 21 the State of Florida now utilizes Managed Care Organizations (MCO’s). Medicaid Waiver

Moore Behavioral, LLC is an approved behavior services provider with the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD). Medicaid Waiver is a program designed to assist children and adults with developmental disabilities receive the services they need. If you are a current Waiver recipient, you may contact us to discuss your service needs. FSA/HSA

Applied Behavior Analysis is generally a qualified medical expense for Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), and tax deductions, but it requires a diagnosis (often autism spectrum disorder) and a doctor's letter of medical necessity to treat a specific condition, not just for general well-being. Proper documentation, including receipts and medical records, is crucial for claiming these expenses. Please contact us to inquire about additional information and how we can best serve you.


Private Insurance

Effective April 1, 2010, the State of Florida enacted the Florida Autism Legislation. The Autism Mandate requires health insurers to provide ABA coverage for individuals diagnosed with ASD, Asperger's Syndrome, and Pervasive Developmental Disorder-Not Otherwise Specified (PDD-NOS). There are many provisions and exemptions that may apply to you and your insurer; therefore, we ask that you contact us so we can discuss your specific plan and determine how to best meet your needs.
